With 6+ years experience in the tech industry, designing with motion, accessibility, scalability, device adaptation and technical challenges comes second nature to Tracy.
When she’s not at her desk, she’s running Chubbi Rice, a mochi dessert business she founded in 2021. She also loves birds, and has a green cheek conure!

Chubbi Rice: Local dessert business
Turned my mochi hobby into a local dessert popup with a loyal customer base. I design all the packaging and marketing materials. With the most viral video getting up to 800K+ views, Chubbi Rice has grown to a combined total of 15K+ followers across Instagram and TikTok.
Running Chubbi Rice has given me the opportunity to learn the challenges of running a small business, connecting with local community and markets, and the importance of a strong brand presence.
